Key Responsibilities:

• Submit orders for food, beverage, and stock items

• Monitor par stock levels and update inventory guides

• Create and manage inventory items in Business Central

• Conduct physical inventory counts and compile results

• Identify and resolve discrepancies from inventory checks

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of perpetual inventory management experience

• Knowledge of Business Central Dynamics is a plus

• Intermediate skills in Excel and data interpretation

• Strong attention to detail and numerical analysis

• Experience with financial reporting and monthly reconciliations
