Member Services Representative
As a Member Experience Representative, you will join a team of highly engaged financial service professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional Member Experience at Meridian.
Responsibilities Employee Experience- Highly engaged team player working cooperatively with peers and cross‑functional departments.
- Demonstrates empathy, communicates openly, respects others, and values diversity of thought.
- Develops measurable goals with Manager aligned to business priorities.
- Participates in team planning, implementation, and feedback.

- Advocates for the branch and promotes innovative thinking.
- Builds and maintains internal relationships across the Member Experience teams.
- Leads branch activities to expand Member relationship and share of wallet, including digital ambassador program.
- Delivers exceptional service, demonstrates patience and empathy.
- Understands how Meridian’s products add value and provides qualified referrals.
- Ensures accurate, timely transactions and due diligence.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality of member privacy.
- Identifies and fulfills member requests and opportunities to grow relationships.
- Demonstrates excellent listening and strong consultative skills.
- Eliminates systemic barriers to Member Experience.
- Embraces virtual technology platforms for impactful communication.
- Contributes to continuous enhancement using Voice of Employee.
- Actively resolves Member concerns with proactive action plans.
- Establishes a compelling vision and executes strategy.
- Shows initiative, effective communication, and deep business knowledge.
- Develops cross‑functional relationships and drives retail strategy momentum.
- Champions corporate strategies and programs at the branch.
- Participates in business plan development and implementation.
- Executes community engagement plan, promotes Meridian in the community.
- Supports local organizations through business development and community events.
- Flexible to work scheduled hours, evenings, weekends.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems.
- Decisive, friendly, personable service and competent decision making.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; mitigates and resolves Member concerns.
- Effective time management, problem solving, quick grasp of concepts, partnership and influence.
- Embraces virtual technology platforms for Member and partner use.
- Collaborates with leadership on strategic plans and recommendations.

CAD $45,000 – $49,900 annually
