• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Lead daily operations and operator supervision
• Oversee maintenance and operate OMRC systems
• Liaise with contractors and ensure customer satisfaction

• High school diploma required; post‑secondary preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operations
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Must possess a valid full G class driver’s license
