CRM Build & Automation Specialist

Requirements Must have

• Strong hands‑on experience across multiple CRMs and field‑service platforms, with home‑services experience preferred (e.g., Service Titan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar systems).
• Solid understanding of sales pipelines, including design and management of stages in a Kanban‑style layout.
• Strong automation capability with tools such as Zapier or , plus webhooks and API integrations.
• Ability to learn a new no‑code AI platform quickly; our Blocks.diy environment is conversational and fast to pick up.
• Clear communication skills to document processes and train non‑technical team members.
• Local to Barrie or the GTA to work onsite with our team.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Bonus experience: voice AI work with Vapi or a Rev Ops / sales‑ops background.

• Finish and optimize our end‑to‑end job workflow in Blocks.diy, from lead capture through review requests.
• Build the sales pipeline covering quoting, scheduling, install, and invoicing.
• Design a clean Kanban‑style pipeline with stages that the sales team can use effectively.
• Create reliable automations and integrations, including Zapier, webhooks, and API connections, with proper error handling.
• Document how the system works in clear, plain language.
• Train our operations manager so she can run the full system independently and confidently.

Cloudy Then Clear is a fast‑growing residential glass replacement company handling about 400 jobs per month across the GTA, Barrie, and cottage country. We run our business on Blocks.diy, an AI‑native no‑code CRM, and we are scaling quickly by adding salespeople, opening a new territory, and building our operations for growth. This is a contract role starting as a one‑month full‑time engagement with strong potential to extend based on scale and performance.

The role is onsite in the Barrie/GTA area, with a hybrid remote work location noted in Barrie, ON, and we are looking for someone who can help us get our CRM fully operational and handed off so our team can run it without the founder involved.
