Operational Excellence Lead at RTX

Drive operational excellence as the Operational Excellence Lead at RTX, utilizing LEAN methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency across the facility.

In this influential role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions. By facilitating workshops and utilizing CORE techniques, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will guide training efforts and help track the success of LEAN initiatives, ensuring alignment with RTX’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of LEAN Manufacturing strategies

• Facilitate workshops and ongoing training

• Use CORE tools to spot inefficiencies

• Monitor LEAN initiative effectiveness and report results

• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field (Manufacturing or Business)

• Minimum 3 years in operations or process roles

• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

• Proven success in leading improvement projects

• Strong analytical and communication skills
