Elevate customer experiences with Napoleon as an HVAC Product Specialist. This hybrid role in Barrie, Ontario, focuses on new product development and project management for a 4-month contract.
In this role, you will draft business cases, analyze market trends, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely product launches. You'll be tasked with competitive analysis, managing stakeholder communications, and project documentation management. Your contributions will support both product management and overall corporate objectives for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management duties related to product initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant product management experience
• Proven track record in cross-functional environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
