Position: HVAC Product Specialist at Napoleon

In this role, you'll work under the Director of Product Management, primarily drafting business cases and analyzing new products. Your responsibilities include project management, cross-functional liaison duties, and the capture of customer feedback for product innovation. Successful applicants will have strong organizational and communication skills alongside marketing or business experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing project management duties on Express initiatives

• Liaison with departments for project coordination

• Support new product development targets and management

• Conduct research and manage competitive pricing projects

• Capture voice of customer for innovative processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Business or related field

• 1-3 years’ experience in business or marketing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Adobe knowledge a plus

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Bilingualism is an asset
