HVAC Product Specialist at Napoleon

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and focuses on drafting business cases for new products. You will lead Express and Big Box projects and conduct competitive analysis, while providing essential support across departments in product development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute project management tasks for new initiatives

• Act as liaison between departments for project coordination

• Manage special projects and conduct pricing research

• Develop presentations and lead discussions with stakeholders

• Gather voice of customer insights for innovation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Business or Marketing required

• 1-3 years of business or product management experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills, bilingualism an asset
