Real estate property Photographers in Alberta, BC, and Ontario

We’re looking for experienced camera-savvy people to join our team as contract photographers in the following cities:
Alberta:
Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge & Red Deer
BC:
Vancouver (and greater area), Vernon, Kelowna
Ontario: GTA, Barrie, Kitchener, Hamilton, Niagara, Guelph, & Brantford

As a part of this role, you’ll be accountable for capturing superior quality images for virtual tours and still shots of both residential and commercial properties. Experience with Matterport is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Edge VR technology
• Present yourself as a professional representative of Com Free
• Conduct on-site photo shoots of real estate properties, capturing a variety of interior and exterior images that showcase the property’s unique features.
• Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, ensuring that the images are of the highest quality and meet our company’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with real estate professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that all photography projects are completed on time and to their satisfaction.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate a variety of photography projects, including evening and weekend shoots when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest photography equipment and techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating new ideas into your work.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and composition techniques, as well as experience with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom can be seen as an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to capture images that accurately represent the property and its features.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate a variety of photography projects.
• A passion for real estate & photography and a desire to constantly improve your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Some minimal marketing to grow listing activity.
