TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a Mid-Level to Senior-Level amount of professional experience in Technical Writing – Exemplary writing skillsExpert level knowledge using MS Suite applications specifically Microsoft WordProven knowledge and understanding of Service Now from a Writing perspectiveExperience working with Visio for creating written diagramsCritical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, knowledge of IT asset managementIdeally Financial Services industry experience or BankingTECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities of the Technical Writer are to consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management (software/hardware documents)
Therefore this Writer will be responsible for comparing existing procedural documents, noting differences, making recommendations to consolidate, gaining consensus, and creating a final consolidated/harmonized version.
