In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of creative strategists and serve as the lead strategist for critical accounts. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on leadership, ensuring that each campaign aligns with client goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coaching for creative strategists on problem solving and analysis
• Drive collaboration on innovative creative strategies with clients
• Review production works to align with strategic goals
• Conduct biweekly meetings to assess creative performance
• Manage UGC projects from briefing to execution
Requirements:
• Proven senior creative strategy experience in a DTC setting
• Ability to provide production feedback to design teams
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of advertising best practices
• Familiarity with creative analysis tools is a plus
