Location: Dundalk
Exciting role for a skilled Accounting Manager focusing on financial analysis and internal controls. Oversee financial closings, accounting functions, and compliance in a full-time position.
This position involves guiding financial management by preparing balance sheets and profit-loss statements while ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. You will lead the month-end closing process, manage AR & AP functions, and support management with actionable financial insights. Other key tasks include reconciling discrepancies, leading auditors, and developing accounting policies to enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
• Supervise accounts receivable and payable functions
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial summaries
• Develop accounting procedures and enforce standards
• Assist with auditing activities and control compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in accounting or 2 years relevant experience
• At least 5 years of practical experience
• Preferred Master’s Degree
• Strong Excel skills required
• Knowledge of Netsuite or ERP systems preferred
Support financial integrity while managing critical accounting processes and delivering valuable insights to drive the organization forward.
