This position involves supporting financial processes across manufacturing operations, including costing and inventory performance analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify cost drivers, validate financial data, and improve reporting accuracy. An emphasis on collaboration with cross-functional teams will aid in conducting thorough investigations into financial impacts stemming from production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly costing and variance reporting processes

• Analyze overhead allocation data for accuracy

• Support inventory performance and corrective action documentation

• Maintain comprehensive KPI reporting for operations

• Assist in standardizing reporting templates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required

• 2–5 years of experience in finance or manufacturing analytics

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools a plus

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy

• Effective communicator with organizational skills
