Location: Dundalk
Build your finance career with the Canadian Red Cross as an Assistant Finance Clerk. This hybrid full-time position in St John, NB focuses on vital finance operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing invoices and processing various accounts payable tasks.
Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors as you work to resolve financial queries and support vital community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process suppliers’ invoices and travel claims
• Manage accounts payable invoice batches accurately
• Communicate effectively with staff and external vendors
• Collect and organize transaction documentation when needed
• Support initiatives to aid vulnerable community members
Requirements:
• Secondary education with 1-2 years in finance or accounting
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
