You will utilize your expertise to propose strategic financial advice and introduce relevant banking services while ensuring a seamless customer experience in transactions and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with needs-based financial conversations

• Guide clients on self-service banking options

• Identify and report suspicious customer activities

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in banking

• Registration to sell investment products (Canada) preferred

• Confident in using social media and digital banking tools

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
