This position requires a collaborative mindset, working closely with customers and branch team members to enhance the banking experience. You will utilize your expertise to propose strategic financial advice and introduce relevant banking services while ensuring a seamless customer experience in transactions and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with needs-based financial conversations
• Guide clients on self-service banking options
• Recommend banking alternatives and investment pathways
• Conduct operational activities for a well-run branch
• Identify and report suspicious customer activities
Requirements:
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in banking
• Registration to sell investment products (Canada) preferred
• Confident in using social media and digital banking tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
