Kawartha Financial Services Branch Manager

In this position, you will assist in member interactions and operational efficiencies. Your background in finance and management will allow you to create a loyal member base, train on performance goals, and identify sales avenues. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, to achieve branch and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellence in member service and support
• Manage human resources and operational tasks
• Build teamwork and address performance issues
• Cross-sell Credit Union products effectively
• Maintain accurate treasury and cash levels
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related fields
• Three to five years of financial services expertise
• Management experience of three years required
• Proven sales and service experience in administration
• Preferably two years of consumer lending
