Join Albarrie Canada Limited as an Assistant Controller in Barrie, Ontario, and play a pivotal role in finance leadership. This full-time, onsite position focuses on decision-making and risk compliance.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll support finance operations with your expertise in accounting and compliance management. You'll collaborate closely across departments, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis while leading a motivated accounting team.
Your role is key in managing inventory and integrating process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer credit application processes
• Oversee obsolete inventory management
• Approve bank payments for cash flow
• Conduct variance analysis for reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years in finance
• Experience in industrial manufacturing accounting
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
• Proven leadership in dynamic environments
• Strong collaborative skills across business units
