In this crucial leadership role at BDO, you'll oversee the Tax team to ensure compliance and excellence in insolvency tax services. With a hands-on approach, manage daily tax operations while promoting teamwork and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day tax operations and team performance
• Distribute workload and ensure timely task completion
• Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practices
• Resolve complex client concerns promptly and professionally
• Coach team members for professional skill growth
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and tax processes
• Proven skills in prioritizing and managing tasks accurately
• Flexible to accommodate varying work schedules
• Excellent English proficiency for client interactions
