In this senior role reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will guide a dedicated team in financial planning and analysis within the healthcare sector. Your expertise in financial risk management and program funding will drive informed decision-making processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team
• Lead the operational budgeting process and development
• Perform monthly program analyses alongside peer Directors
• Oversee key funding initiatives and maximize RVH resources
• Analyze funding opportunities and collaborate with funders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation required
• Proven management experience in healthcare finance
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with MOH/OH funding methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities
