As the Financial Controller, you will direct the finance team and oversee comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Your role is critical in strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and partnering with senior leadership. This position is targeted at experienced finance professionals with a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a finance team of four professionals

• Manage accurate financial statements and board packages

• Ensure compliance and enhance internal financial controls

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies

Requirements:

• Must have CPA certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership finance role

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
