CIBC is seeking a dedicated Associate Financial Advisor to join the Personal and Business Banking team. In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their financial priorities, recommending tailored banking solutions. Your efforts will focus on managing a mortgage client portfolio while deepening valued client relationships through trust and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs

• Recommend tailored banking solutions and financial plans

• Engage in outreach activities to build client relationships

• Network with clients' families to uncover growth opportunities

• Leverage tech by educating clients on mobile banking apps

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in providing financial advice

• Mutual Funds License or relevant accreditation required

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Goal-oriented with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to connect meaningfully with a diverse network
