As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored financial strategies while preparing tax returns for various clientele. Daily travel to Newmarket and neighboring areas is required. Candidates should excel in building relationships and possess strong knowledge in tax preparation and accounting practices to guide Members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert tax advice to Members

• Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients

• Determine client needs and refer to specialists

• Document all service interactions thoroughly

• Complete T1 and T2 tax returns

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation

• Competency in tax software like Taxprep and Xero

• Familiarity with corporate and small business tax processes

• Exceptional client service and communication skills

• Proven problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
