Serve as a pivotal resource for Meridian’s business Members as a Senior Analyst in Commercial Banking in Barrie, ON. Leverage your financial insight to support customized lending proposals and solutions in a hybrid setting.

This role at Meridian aims to empower a Senior Analyst to collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to analyze financial data and build lending proposals that drive business success. Engaging with Members to identify their unique needs, you will formulate actionable strategies that support ongoing community involvement and business growth. Your contributions will directly impact Member satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members with financial analysis

• Independently write lending proposals that reflect Member needs

• Manage operational issues and propose service enhancements

• Collaborate with internal staff and external service providers

• Proactively identify growth opportunities for assigned portfolio

Requirements:

• Degree or training in finance, business, or accounting

• Over 2 years of experience in commercial analysis

• Strong understanding of banking systems
