Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations to evaluate debtor situations

• Assist clients and creditors with bankruptcy-related inquiries

• Prepare documentation for client signing efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or financial services

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Excellent communication abilities across various scenarios

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
