What You'll Be Doing

• As a member of the Imperial Service Team, build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
• Deliver on CIBC’s Imperial Service approach, acting as a single point of contact for clients and helping them plan for today’s needs and tomorrow’s goals.
• Make lasting connections and provide the right financial advice to help clients secure their futures, own homes, and set up businesses.

How You'll Succeed

• Client engagement – Focus on each client experience, connect on a personal level, provide tailored advice and solutions in all areas of financial planning including day‑to‑day banking, investments, lending and estate planning, and cultivate your network to establish new client relationships.
• Business development – Deeply understand your local market and potential client base to create a sales plan that converts leads into new clients, delivering bottom‑line results with CIBC’s wide range of credit and investment solutions.
• Community involvement – Heighten CIBC brand awareness by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities, growing your network to create lasting connections that generate future opportunities.

• You hold a postsecondary degree, diploma, and/or have 4 years of relevant experience.

• You are a certified professional with CIRO‑ and good standing, or have Canadian Securities Course (CSC) / Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) and AMF licensing for Quebec, and are a Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC).
