400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd is on the lookout for an Experienced Non Prime Finance Manager. This role is pivotal in helping customers with credit challenges secure vehicle financing that meets their needs while driving profitability for the dealership.

In this full-time position, you will lead the dealership's non-prime finance operations. Your responsibilities will include evaluating credit applications, structuring deals, and building relationships with lenders to ensure smooth funding processes. Strong leadership skills will be essential as you coach sales teams on effective financing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and structure non-prime financing deals

• Submit and manage negotiations with lenders

• Identify areas for improving documentation and funding speed

• Train sales staff on non-prime deal practices

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in automotive finance, with 2 in non-prime

• Knowledge of lender guidelines and credit bureaus

• Demonstrated success in achieving finance goals

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• High attention to detail and organization
