Consumer Insolvency Consultant

Position: Consumer Insolvency Consultant at MNP
Join MNP as a Consumer Insolvency Consultant, delivering innovative solutions across Canada. Support clients with financial challenges while assisting with formal insolvency processes.

This role requires a consultant with at least four years of insolvency experience, analyzing financial records and managing bankruptcy procedures. You will develop relationships with referral sources and ensure high-quality service delivery while identifying value-added solutions for debtors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering consumer insolvency services

• Review financial records and perform data analysis

• Administer insolvency appointments, including bankruptcies

• Prepare and review BIA documentation thoroughly

• Identify innovative ways to meet debtor needs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in insolvency services

• Strong analytical mindset and financial knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication skills for sensitive interactions

• Completion of insolvency-related courses is a plus
