The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) position reports to the VP, CFO and IT Services. It involves collaboration with teams across finance, retail, and operations to improve budgeting processes and translate data into actionable insights. You will engage in detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, and support for decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
