Position: Finance Director at InnPower Inc.

Lead financial operations as the Finance Director and Controller for Inn Power, located in Innisfil, Ontario. Oversee strategic initiatives in financial reporting and operations while fostering an innovative workplace culture.

In this senior leadership role, you will report to the CFO and be instrumental in driving financial guidance across Inn Power and its affiliates. Your expertise in IFRS, financial controls, and leadership will ensure the effectiveness of budgeting, treasury, and billing operations while promoting collaboration among finance teams. You will also oversee financial governance and compliance in this dynamic utility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all financial operations for Inn Power and affiliates

• Ensure accurate compliance with financial reporting standards

• Supervise preparation of financial statements and disclosures

• Lead external audits and financial governance initiatives

• Champion automation and modernization of finance processes

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation in good standing

• Minimum ten years of progressive finance experience

• Five years in senior leadership roles

• Expertise in IFRS and financial controls
