Sodexo Manager, Controllership

In this full-time Manager position, you will oversee financial governance and provide crucial support for Canadian tax compliance and audit activities. The role demands at least 5-7 years of finance experience, focusing on controllership and financial reporting. You will perform site audits, ensure compliance, and lead month-end close processes while collaborating closely with various finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close and financial reporting

• Conduct risk-based site controls and field audits

• Support tax compliance, preparing GST/HST filings

• Lead internal and external audit coordination efforts

• Enhance balance sheet governance through regular reviews

Requirements:

• CPA designation mandatory

• 5-7 years in finance with tax compliance experience

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

• Knowledge or experience with SAP preferred

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
