Barrie Corporate Tax Specialist

Become a Corporate Tax Specialist with FBC in Barrie, ON, working closely with members to offer personalized tax strategies. This full-time role includes hybrid working and frequent travel.

In this permanent position, you will independently manage corporate tax compliance and planning, assisting clients in optimizing their financial strategies. The successful candidate will have a track record of handling intricate tax cases and fostering ongoing Member relationships. Your analytical skills will be key in providing strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer precise tax advice tailored to member needs

• Foster and manage long-term client relationships

• Identify opportunities to connect members with specialists

• Document all interactions and services delivered

• Process and complete required T1 and T2 tax returns

Requirements:

• Two or more years at a tax preparation or accounting firm

• Experience in complex corporate tax filings

• Proficient in Taxprep and Xero preferred

• Strong client service orientation and communication skills

• Capable of handling multiple priorities under deadlines
