We are looking for an innovative leader to oversee capital budgeting processes and enhance municipal financial strategies. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards while maintaining relationships with community stakeholders. Your leadership will directly impact the Town's vision and objectives for 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of capital budget processes
• Direct Development Charges Background Study updates
• Sustain Long-Range Financial Plan initiatives
• Supervise tangible capital asset reporting
• Offer strategic financial support to Council
Requirements:
• Degree in business, finance, or similar
• Mandatory CPA designation
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably municipal
• Valid Class 'G' driver’s license
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend events
