TD Private Wealth Management takes a sophisticated and holistic goals discovery approach to wealth planning and protection to provide highly personalized advice, solutions and service to clients.
We are seeking a Private Trust Client Services Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner with experienced Trust Officers to support the administration of complex trust accounts and help deliver the high-touch client experience that TD Wealth is known for. You'll gain exposure to sophisticated trust arrangements, meaningful client relationships, and a unique area of wealth management where your work has a lasting impact.

Job Responsibilities- Support Trust Officers in the day-to-day administration of accounts and client relationships
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating timely solutions
- Prepare, review, and maintain client documentation, account records, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-up activities, and ongoing relationship management initiatives
- Ensure service requests and account activities are completed efficiently while meeting regulatory and internal requirements
- Collaborate with internal partners across TD Wealth to deliver seamless client service and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
- Stay current on trust industry developments, policies, and best practices to support clients and the broader team
- Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to the continued growth and success
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Working towards or completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) preferred
- Working towards or fulfillment of TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environmen
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A genuine interest in wealth management, trust administration, and supporting Indigenous clients and communities
