Position: Gateway Guest Services Agent Role
Location: Rama

Become a vital part of Gateway as a Guest Services Agent. In this role, you will check in guests and ensure an incredible stay experience for everyone.

As the Guest Services Agent, your responsibilities will include managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and responding to guest needs. The ideal candidate will be both friendly and efficient, showing an eagerness to go the extra mile. You'll also need strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail while being tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and confirm guest reservations via multiple channels

• Respond proactively to guest inquiries concerning services

• Manage guest concerns with professionalism

• Report security issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in banquet or hospitality

• Supervisory experience of at least two years

• Post-secondary education in Hospitality or related discipline

• FOOD SAFE Level 1 or similar certificate is advantageous

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
