In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, ensuring they are elegant and welcoming. You'll serve drinks, buffet items, and a la carte dishes while maintaining a thorough understanding of the menu. This position requires attention to details such as placing settings, cleaning tables, and changing linens as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and take down banquet and meeting rooms

• Serve drinks, buffet, and a la carte menu items

• Place settings, clean tables, and change linens

• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum one year serving experience, preferably in hospitality

• Banquet serving experience is a plus

• FOODSAFE Level 1 certification preferred

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

• Capacity to stand for extended periods
