As the Front Desk Manager, you will ensure smooth operations of the front office and oversee all guest interactions, train and supervise front desk staff, and collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams. This position requires a dedicated approach to maximizing guest satisfaction and ensuring compliance with Marriott standards across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct front desk operations and supervise team performance
• Maintain guest relations and manage inquiries escalated issues
• Ensure seamless cross-functional communication with Housekeeping
• Monitor the overall guest experience and lobby conditions
• Handle administrative duties, ensuring compliance with policies
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of front desk experience in hotels
• Experience in Marriott hotels is preferred
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Hospitality Management diploma is advantageous
