As a full-time seasonal leader, you'll engage directly with both staff and guests, instilling a culture of positivity and service excellence. With a minimum of three years in hospitality, you’ll guide your team, oversee operational tasks, and maintain high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate service expectations to staff

• Train and develop front-line team members

• Work closely with culinary leaders on menu knowledge

• Perform various daily operational tasks as needed

• Ensure smooth guest interactions and manage service recovery

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Smart Serve Certificate or willingness to get certified

• Minimum three years of serving experience

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality

• Strong customer service and communication skills
