Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate food and beverage staff

• Conduct performance evaluations to enhance service

• Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff

• Support daily operations by serving and cashiering

• Balance sales, cash float, and daily reports

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Smart Serve Certificate required or obtain one

• Three years of serving experience

• Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred

• Strong skills in customer service and communication
