Join our dynamic team at the hotel as a part-time Houseperson dedicated to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will manage linen supplies, respond to guest requests, and maintain public areas.
As a part-time Houseperson, you will ensure that all public and guest areas are kept clean and organized.
Your role includes responding to guest room calls, collecting dirty linen, and maintaining linen closets. This position requires good time management and the ability to lift housekeeping supplies, making it perfect for physically capable individuals who prefer a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest requests promptly via Hot SOS Service Order
• Collect dirty linen, glassware, and garbage on schedule
• Organize linen closets with amenities and linen supplies
• Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, elevators, and corridors
• Conduct safety inspections and report any equipment issues
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• AGCO Category 2 Licensing eligibility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Must regularly lift up to 50 lbs
