As Manager of Recreation Services, you are pivotal to the department's success. You will manage daily operations, develop engaging programs, and ensure high standards of service and safety. Collaborating with various teams will enable a well-rounded guest experience throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of recreation and guest services

• Develop and implement recreational programs for varied clientele

• Handle scheduling and staff evaluations systematically

• Serve as the primary contact for addressing guest issues

• Work with Marketing to boost recreation program visibility

Requirements:

• Leadership background in hospitality or resort environments

• Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of guest services operations

• Skilled in using POS systems and Google platforms
