Key Responsibilities:

• Register guests and assign rooms in a friendly manner

• Respond and manage emergency calls and health protocols

• Keep updated with events and activities at the resort

• Ensure that special requests are managed appropriately

• Prepare audit documentation and close day reports

Requirements:

• Past experience in customer service and cashier responsibilities

• Proven ability to stay organized while multitasking

• Capable of working night and day shifts independently

• Must be eligible to stand for long periods

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
