• Develop the Lodging Standards Library for guidance
• Support training programs for all lodging teams
• Plan and organize guest recognition experiences
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail in all activities
• Organized, curious, and innovative thinker
• Bring positive energy to the workplace
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency; industry experience is advantageous
