Join Swiss Chalet as a Guest Experience Manager in Barrie View, driving exceptional hospitality and team development. Your leadership will create a Perfect Guest Experience every visit.
At Swiss Chalet, we need a dedicated Manager with Front of House expertise to lead our Barrie View location. You will ensure that every aspect of our dining service meets brand standards while developing your team. Your commitment to training and guest connection will help us maintain our reputation as a Benchmark Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily management of the dining room atmosphere
• Continuously train and develop team members for service excellence
• Uphold store operational standards and controls
• Cultivate strong guest relationships for enhanced experience
• Encourage and motivate your team to excel in service
Requirements:
• Previous Front of House management experience required
• Strong focus on guest connections and service quality
• Available for shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about hospitality and team development
• Inspirational leader with a proactive mindset
