Jarlette Health Services is a family‑centric organization with 14 Long Term Care Homes and 8 Retirement Lodges across Ontario, with over 55 years of experience in senior care. Muskoka Landing Retirement Lodge is a premier licensed retirement community offering 100 suites and 14 lakeside town homes.
Under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for providing optimum cleaning services to promote well‑being of residents, ensuring safety, maintaining equipment, reporting unsafe conditions, attending mandatory safety training, and complying with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Responsibilities
Provide cleaning services to residents and maintain equipment.
Maintain health and safety by adopting safe practices and reporting unsafe conditions.
Attend mandatory safety training and adhere to Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Qualifications
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Experience with environmental services preferred.
Good communication skills.
Active interest in ongoing education.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Prior experience in Retirement Lodge/Hospitality Industry an asset.
Vulnerable sector police record check required.

Additional Information
