As a permanent seasonal Night Auditor, you will manage guest registrations and inquiries at the Front Desk. Your responsibilities include producing revenue reports, responding to emergency calls, and liaising with on-site events. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and has prior experience in customer service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and register arriving guests with professionalism
• Monitor and respond to emergency phone lines
• Inform guests of hotel functions and services
• Manage special requests or issues effectively
• Prepare and audit daily financial reports
Requirements:
• Outgoing personality with customer service experience
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work irregular night shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods
