In this leadership position, you will supervise front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences.
Your role includes coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to enhance service quality. You will also be responsible for managing performance, staffing, and compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front desk operations and manage staff
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
• Address guest feedback and implement service improvements
• Oversee room inventory and reservation accuracy
• Collaborate with maintenance for facility upkeep
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of hotel front desk experience
• Preferred background with Marriott hotels
• Proficient in PMS and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Hospitality Management diploma is ideal
