Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a welcoming guest experience

Requirements   Proven experience leading front-of-house operations in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of wine, with WSET certification or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence

Strong business acumen with experience managing labour, service standards, and operational performance
