Join the vibrant team at Muskoka Bay Resort as a Guest Experiences Ambassador. This role delivers exceptional service through engaging recreational activities and guest interactions.
As a Seasonal Experiences Ambassador, you will create memorable moments for guests by facilitating daily activities, providing information on amenities, and ensuring seamless check-ins.
Your role will include hosting various programs, from arts and crafts to social events, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience through fun and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and facilitate check-in processes
• Provide information on recreation facilities and activities
• Host daily recreational programs with enthusiasm
• Maintain cleanliness of recreational areas and equipment
• Promote and encourage participation in resort activities
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Capacity to lift objects up to 25 pounds
• Previous experience in recreation is a plus
