Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited seeks a dedicated Guest Service Attendant to provide exemplary hospitality. This part-time role includes valet and bell services, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols. Key skills include outstanding customer service and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge all guests with exceptional service

• Perform valet services and complete vehicle inspections

• Park and retrieve vehicles ensuring safety compliance

• Assist guests with luggage and escort to their rooms

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum ten years driving experience

• Valid Ontario Class G2 driver’s license required

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to lift and transport luggage up to 50 lbs

• Clean criminal history certificate and driver’s abstract needed
