The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising Front Desk, Guest Services, and Valet departments. In this full-time role, you will monitor daily team activities, resolve disputes, and collaborate with housekeeping. Effective communication and training skills are essential to foster a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, and Valet operations

• Coordinate daily activities and monitor team performance

• Communicate housekeeping statuses and resolve discrepancies

• Schedule staff according to occupancy and productivity

• Assist in training staff and conducting performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Certificate in Hospitality Management is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of hotel operations, laws, and safety

• Proficient with property management systems

• Clean driver’s abstract and ability to drive manual vehicles
